Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tresses by Juless (“TBJ”) website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the Return & Refund Policy below.

Checkout Information

At checkout, you will be asked to agree to the Terms & Conditions, Return Policies, and Refunds as outlined in this document. You must agree to these terms to complete your purchase.

Shipping and Handling

Please allow 2–5 business days for shipping once your order has been placed. When your shipping label is created, a tracking number will be sent to the email or phone number you provided. All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your package has left TBJ, we are not responsible for carrier delays or scans. For scan/delay questions, please contact USPS directly.

The receiver is responsible for any Duty, Customs, or Import charges. All additional charges based on the receiver’s country are outside of our control and are the sole responsibility of the receiver. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please contact TBJ at info@tressesnbyjuless.com.

Tresses by Juless is not responsible for how your piece is handled once shipped from our store and in the customer’s possession. Some shedding is normal and expected on lace top or full lace wigs with regular wear. Hairs are tied individually and single-knotted; shedding will occur over time. Please be gentle with lace tops and full lace wigs to avoid excessive shedding. We offer ventilation services (tying hair back into the lace) to help maintain the wig for years if needed.

Lost Packages and Damages

If a package is lost in transit, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the carrier chosen at checkout to locate the package. TBJ cannot contact the carrier on your behalf. We highly recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance. Email us at info@tressesnbyjuless.com to request additional coverage.

All risk of loss or damage to the items in your order passes to you when we dispatch your order from our studio. We are not liable for any errors made by the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

The wig or topper must be returned in the same condition it was received: unaltered, unworn, undamaged, with no signs of wear, no styling products or odors, and with the lace uncut.

  • Items must be postmarked with tracking within 3 days of the order’s delivery date (Day 1 is the day delivered). No exceptions—please plan ahead if one of those days is a holiday or Sunday.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Signature on return and insuring the package are highly recommended; TBJ is not responsible if the package is lost or not delivered.
  • International customers: if you choose not to pay import/brokerage fees and TBJ receives a bill, those charges will be your responsibility in addition to any applicable fees.
  • One exchange may be allowed in lieu of the restocking fee once we receive the original piece. Exchanges are final sale.

Restocking Fee: Approved returns incur a 15% restocking fee, calculated on the product price (shipping and taxes excluded).

Non-Returnable Items and Final Sale

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Purchases made using a discount code, Afterpay, or sale items
  • Hair accessories
  • Custom colored/cut wigs or toppers
  • Items with frontal lace cut, worn items, items sprayed with styling products, or otherwise damaged
  • Wigs/toppers colored or lightened by you or your stylist
  • Pre-sale and pre-drop items

Where refunds are eligible, they will be processed within 5 days of receipt if the item is in acceptable condition. A 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs will be deducted to cover expenses. Cancellations for in-person and virtual consultations may incur a 3% payment-processor fee.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If an exceptional cancellation is granted prior to shipment (including duplicate orders placed shortly after), a 15% cancellation fee applies.

Defective Products

If you believe you have received a defective product, contact us by email within 3 business days of delivery and we will do our best to correct the issue. You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to contact us and return the product for inspection if you feel it is defective. After 7 calendar days from delivery, we cannot offer assistance or repairs for that order.

Please note: The hand-tied hairs on a lace top wig or topper are the most delicate part of the hairpiece. Shedding in this area is a natural result of regular wear and tear and is common. To minimize shedding and prolong the life of your hairpiece, avoid brushing or pulling aggressively on the lace top.

TBJ offers professional maintenance services to preserve the quality and longevity of your wig or topper. If you need assistance, please reach out—we are here to help keep your investment in the best condition possible.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Updates take effect upon posting to this page unless otherwise stated.
